Terms of service
By commssioning Me and my services, you are hereby agreeing to the following:
- My signature is to stay on the art if provided.
- Allow me (Surprise Snoot) to use the work created within my portfolio and examples (unless otherwise discussed).
- No tracing, editing, or recoloring my artwork without proper credit of the work being done by the artist (myself).
- No claiming the art as your own.
- Allow me (The Artist) to be notified if said work will be used for commercial purposes and reproduction. This must be done before payment, otherwise the work may not be for commerical use. If you decide at a later date to engage my art in commercial use, please contact me before doing so.
- When posting my art, tag or credit me.
- Payment will be made through PayPal.
- I (The Artist) have the right to refuse any commission.
Commission Rules and Policies
- Commissions will be paid after a base sketch as well as a price estimate is provided. If you wish to pay up front that is also fine. Smaller commissions such as YCH will be paid up front due to quick turn around.
- Once approved the client will get an unwatermarked version after payment.
- Art cannot be used for commerical reproduction unless previously agreed upon.
- I can currently only accept paypal as my payment method. Art trades are discussed on different terms and are still accepted.
- If the art is of a pre-existing character, a reference image must be provided. (Unless otherwise stated as a character design executed by me.)
- Any work outside of flat prices shown is 10 Dollars per hour, this includes animations, gifs, and reference sheets, as well as NSFW work.
- NSFW art is available upon request, please message me for details concerning such.

A Character that is not owned by the Client (Without permission from design owner)
Gifts are an exception so long as permission is granted.
REFERENCE SHEET
Reference Sheets can be drawn in up to 2K quality, can provide two sizes, additional poses, features, etc. Price starts at 10 USD per hour and varies depending upon complexity.
Single Pose (Full Body) With Background
These commissions are 10 USD per hour and can range anywhere between 40-60 depending on complexity.
Single Pose
(full body) $25
This is a flat price commission depicitng a single character, in one pose. The character will be rendered in color with flat shading, as well as given a transparent background. Additional characters can be added for 20$ per character.
Icon Commissions
(Simple Background) 15$
Icon Commissions include a colored render with flat shading, as well as a simple background upon request.
GIF COMMISSIONS (20 USD)
A 3-4 frame bounce animation.
